Counselling offers the opportunity to explore who you are and how you relate to the world. This might mean talking about relationships or spiritual beliefs or it might be that situations keep occuring in life that follow similar patterns. Whichever it is, talking about these things, with guidance, can lead to seeing them in a new light and discovering a new way forward.  There might be something in your life that you find difficult to face or comes to terms with. Good counselling provides a safe, confidential, non-judgemental place and opportunity to talk about these things. Through healing and re-evaluation, this on many occasions can lead to an enhanced sense of well-being.

I am a qualified, integrative therapeutic counsellor.I utilise Gestalt, CBT, Transpersonal, Body Process and other techniques to offer an effective therapeutic process.  I work in an intuitive way, aiming to provide a safe environment in which, themes and issues can be explored non-judgmentally and creatively.My goal is to enhance client's sense of well-being and ability to thrive.
